Editor’s Letter: MAY 2020

Well, I don’t know how to start writing about quarantine life! The speed at which Coronavirus is spreading and the growing number of people it is affecting has left me at a loss for words. Not being able to express my thoughts is an uncomfortable feeling for an editor; worrying about the health and safety of my family and friends is even worse.

When we started working on our April 2020 issue, it was all about wedding season ,we never could have imagined that instead of writing about gorgeous wedding dresses and tips on mehndi dance practice, we’d be practicing social distancing.

But the good news is that you can’t lock down creativity: Artists continue to paint, musicians continue to play, writers continue write beautiful words and actors continue to practice their craft.so we are here to entertain you with our new issue!

readers will find plenty of real people and real life blogs in our “stay home” issue.

Special msg from me!

Social networking may not be happening at the moment, but that doesn’t mean we have to sit still. We shouldn’t be visiting playgrounds right now, but we can take walks around the neighborhood with our family. We can do yoga with our kids. Physical activity increases positivity in the brain, leading to feelings of happiness and well-being, which is exactly what we all need during this scary and stressful time. STAY HOME , STAY SAFE!
